new project: piano solo improvisations _____________
This new project currently
in process features spontaneous piano solo improvisations.
There is no pre-conceived melody, harmonic structure,
or rhythmic pattern planned prior to the performance.
This extemporaneous technique is a way to let the music
play itself without any boundaries. The inspiration
is rooted in jazz, classical and ethnic music infleunces,
and creates its own style that defies labeling.
The first 3 pieces were recorded on a Yamaha S90 keyboard
on December 2nd - 7th, 2006.
